If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit only within 10 days of the date your order is delivered.

To start a return, please email us at miniandmack@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your return. We will send you instructions on how to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Have all original tags attached
Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or any other signs of wear

Items returned after 10 days will not be accepted.

Final Sale

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

Items discounted 15% or more
All sale items
Accessories
Bodysuits
Swimwear
Activewear
Leggings
Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply place a new order using your store credit once your return has been processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
