Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during new launches, restocks, or high-volume periods.

PREORDER 

All preorder items will ship the date that is specified on the preorder item.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Estimated delivery time:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order tracking 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or stolen packages 

Mini & Mack is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact at miniandmack@gmail.com directly. 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at miniandmack@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.
